KIET Ghaziabad offers merit-based scholarship to DPharm students. The scholarship is offered to Class 12 board exam toppers or merit holders with more than or equal to 70% in PCB or PCM. A waiver of 10% is offered in the tuition fee in the first year under this scholarship.

KIET Ghaziabad offers admission to candidates based on their merit or entrance exam scores. The university accepts entrance exam scores for courses such as BTech, MTech, MBA, MPharm, etc. Candidates can also get admission based on their qualifying exam scores in few programmes. Selected aspirants have to confirm their seat by paying the course fees after of all the rounds are done.

With a General category rank of 142,000, admission to KIET Ghaziabad's CSE (Computer Science & Engineering) through UPTAC counseling is highly unlikely.
Previous Round Closing Ranks
For General — All India quota, CSE final closing ranks were around 99,644 (Round 4, 2024).
For General — Home State quota, the closing cutoff extended to around 118,795 in 2024.

The minimum eligibility requirement for admission to the BTech course at SRMCEM Lucknow and KIET Ghaziabad is almost similar, in which candidates are required to complete their Class 12 from the Science stream. Moreover, both institutions also accept JEE Mains for admission to the BTech course.
Now, it is tough to compare which college is easier to get admission into the BTech course. The total tuition fee for the BTech course at SRMCEM Lucknow ranges from INR 2.4 Lacs to INR 4.1 lakh. Additionally, the tuition fee for BTech at KIET Group of Institutions ranges from INR 2.4 Lacs - INR 4.5 lakh. Hence, the tuition fee of SRMCEM Lucknow is slightly more affordable than KIET Group of Institutions. Moreover, fee structure is the only component that candidates can consider for comparing colleges. Yes, the application form for RGUKT (IIIT Basara): Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies BTech admission can be rejected if the details filled by the candidate are incorrect. It can also be rejected if the candidate has not uploaded the correct documents required like marksheets, certificates, ID proofs, etc. One possible reason is also if the candidate doesn't qualify the eligibility criteria.
