Hello,
I won't give false hope but getting CSE at that rank in KIIT isn't possible. But dont worry. Last year, KIIT introduced two new branches in computer engineering. Those are computer science & communication engineering & computer science & system engineering. You may have chance of getting those. You can also go for IT. These 4 courses which fall under school or computer engineering is almost similar and gives same opportunities regarding jobs.
(Most of the people are mad about CSE & they dont know much about the newly introduced courses)

Kalinga University does not offer CS seats at this rank but you can try for the same.

KITEE is the only university where you get CSE hardly, but except for CSE, you get other branches easily but the fee structure in KITEE is very high approx. 350000 per year, even I also get 13878 rank in KITEE.

Yes, you are eligible for 1st round of counselling, but I am not sure that you will get CSE at first round. Maybe u will be offered CSE at 3rd round of counselling.

Candidates who have appeared for the KIITEE 2017 held on April 14 to 23, 2017 can check the KIITEE cutoff after it is announced by the university along with the results. The university will determine course-wise cutoffs before declaring the KIITEE Result on May 5, 2017. The cutoff for KIITEE is the minimum score obtained in the KIITEE exam that will considered for admissions to the B.Tech programmes offered by the university.
