The minimum eligibility for LLM at SOL, Presidency University, Bangalore is passing a three or five-year LLB degree from any Indian or Foreign University recognised by the UGC with a minimum of 50% aggregate or equivalent grade [45% for SC/ ST Candidates]. Candidates who have passed/ appeared for the final year LLB examination may also apply.

The minimum eligibility for BA LLB (Hons) at SOL, Presidency University, Bangalore is passing Class 12 or its equivalent examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ ST candidates). The maximum age limit for a candidate is 20 years as on July 1 of that year (22 years for SC/ ST candidates). The selection criteria is entrance based with the institute accepting CLAT csores for the same.

The minimum eligibility for LLM at Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, NMIMS, Mumbai is passing LLB in any specialisation with atleast 50% aggregate score. The selection criteria for the course is entrance based with the institute accepting NMIMS Online Entrance Test / CLAT PG scores for the same. The selection process consists of two rounds, the first being the entrance examination and the second being a Personal Interview.

Yes, the university to which Kirit P Mehta School of Law is affiliated, NMIMS, conducts its own examination - NMIMS LAT for admission into UG, PG and PhD programmes. The institute offers UG, PG and doctoral-level programmes in the domain of Law. Some flagship courses are BA LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons), LLM and PhD. Kirit P Mehta School of Law admission is completely entrance-based on for all courses.

The eligibility requirement to get admission into the BBA LLB (Hons) course is that candidates must complete their Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 50% from any stream. Moreover, for the admission process, the university accepts the relevant scores of entrance exams. The accepted entrance exams for this course are CLAT and NMIMS LAT, followed by a counselling process. Candidates with a valid score in any of the entrance exams can get enrolled in the course.

No, NMIMS LAT scores are not necessary to get admission into BA LLB at Kirit P. Mehta School of Law. To get admission into the BA LLB courses, candidates are required to appear in any of the following entrance exams: CLAT/ NMIMS LAT. Additionally, candidates with good scores in any of the above-mentioned entrance exams are eligible to get admission. After releasing the merit list, candidates are required to appear in the counselling process by the institute.

The minimum eligibility requirement at SPTM Shirpur -NMIMS for B.Pharm:

Lateral Entry (Direct Second-Year Admission): Students who already possess D.Pharm. (Diploma in Pharmacy) from an institution recognised by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) may gain access to the B.Pharm programme by means of lateral entry.

In certain cases, students with a high academic record in 10+2 or equivalent may be able to avoid the NMIMS CET exam, but this is dependent on university policy.
