There is no lower age limit for admission to the 3-year or 5-year LLB programme. The upper age limit for admission both the LLB Programme will be subject to the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. In case if age restriction under clause 28 of Legal Education Rules, 2008 of Bar Council of India is reinstated, only those candidates within the stipulated age limit will be allowed to appear for the Entrance Examination.

All types of supernumerary seats, the remaining seats including Govt. merit seats in private self-financing law colleges will be distributed as per the mandatory reservation principle as follows.
(A) State Merit (SM) - 60%
(B) Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) - 30%
(C) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes - 10%
          a. Scheduled Castes (SC) 8%
          b. Scheduled Tribes (ST) 2%

The Commissioner of Entrance Exam for KLEE 2026 will provide the rough paper in the examination hall to candidates. Candidaes need not carry their own sheets to the exam hall. However, candidates should ensure to have a transparent pen for the KLEE entrance exam.

The Kerala Examination Authority will release the KLEE admit card in online mode only. KLEE admit card will have important information written on it including candidate's name, roll no., venue of the examination, reporting time, etc. Candidates will have to carry one valid ID proof along with the KLEE admit card to the exam hall.

It is Mandatory to appear for KLEE in order to get into the BBA-LLB course at Nehru Academy of Law. KLEE followed by document verification of the shortlisted candidates. Candidates are required to go through the eligibility and selection criteria set out by the academy in order to successfully participate in the admission process.

Yes, Nehru Academy of Law does accept KLEE scores. It's one of the law colleges that considers KLEE scores for their admissions. Candidates interested in joining Nehru Academy of Law, they can use their KLEE score as part of their application. Admission to the NAL is done on the merit basis of the marks scored in the KLEE entrance test conducted by the academy.

The KLEE for the 3 yera LLB programme in 2024 was conducted on August 18, 2024. The provisional answer key was released on August 31,2024. Candidates had until August 21, 2024, to raise objections against the provisional answer key. After reviewing the objections, the final answer key was published on September 11, 2024.
