• Candidates' past academic records and work experience, if any

To be eligible for the BCA programme at PITM Kolkata, you need to have passed your Class 12 (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognised board, with any stream. 

For the Gen Ews ranks, cutoffs are not available in public domain, but cutoffs are available for IMUCET for General category . Here are the details:

1)For IMU Kolkata, The Round 2 closing rank for 2024 was 897 for general category.

2) For IMU Mumbai, The Round 2 closing rank for 2024 was 898 for general category.

It is almost same for both colleges. For General EWS with 5131 rank, it may not be possible but you should once try it.
