No, Integrated BBA+MBA is not available at IIM Kolkata. Five-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) available at IIM Indore only. The selection is based on an entrance test IPMAT. The eligibility criteria is given below.
1. Age: Candidate should have been born on or after August 01, 2000 (5 years of relaxation to the candidates from SC/ST/PwD category will be given I. e. born on or after August 01, 1995).
2. Qualifying Exam: Candidate should have passed Standard XII/HSC or equivalent examination in 2018, 2019 or appearing in 2020.

Both are equally good, campus life, placements and faculty members are also good. Hello! Welingkar is a better option than IMI Kolkata due to its better brand name, placements, and the location advantage. So, choose Welingkar and keep IMI as a backup if you wish.
