Math doesn't matters whether you have taken it or not in your 12th grade. B.Com has nothing to do with it. Some colleges prefer math at the time of taking admission. You can cross check first what this college wants?

IEM Kolkata is better. IEM holds a strong position among other private colleges in terms of placement. According to a recent study, it has provided 100% placement to its students for the past seven years. N our batch, everyone got placed within 5 days. 80% of the batch had multiple offers. Some of the very famous companies that are known to regularly recruit IEM graduates are: Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Wipro Technologies, PWC, NRI FENTCH, ERRICSION, SANKALAP, Infosys, Capgemini. The faculty members are very good compared to other WBUT, MBA colleges in West Bengal. Too much-qualified faculty with good knowledge. The faculty members are very professional, simultaneously friendly and down to earth individuals. Students can approach any time for any help. The placements offered in the college are above average for marketing and the average for finance and HR & systems. Companies like PWC, Godrej, and Karvy etc. , have visited our campus for placements drive. It has a good placement cell and good training for the interview session for the students.

Hello Souvik,
The management quota in invariably all the institutes or colleges is defined by most opacity. It is not known clearly as to how much fees do they charge or what are the criteria for giving admissions. Of course the student has to have minimum standards prescribed by the concerned University to get admission but beyond this nothing is known. It is therefore advised that you go with an open mind and take along with you, your best negotiator friend so that he can bargain well with the institute for reducing your fees to the maximum level possible. Best wishes to you.
