Yes, scholarships are offered by UOK Kota. Kota University does not offer any scholarships to the students. However, the office of the dean at UOK Kota makes sure of the processing /disbursement of the financial support provided by various agencies. The university students are eligible for the following scholarships:
- Post matric scholarship for SC/ST/OBC/SOBC from the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment.
- Post Matric Scholarships for Students belonging to the Minority Communities from the Department of Minority Affairs.
- UGC-Post Graduate Indira Gandhi Scholarship for Single Girl Child

Kota University provides a two-year, four-semester full-time Master of Science (MSc) programme. Admission to the MSc programme at Kota University is determined by the candidate's performance on their most recent qualifying exam. Except for Zoology and Wildlife Science, all specialisations have the same minimum score requirements. The university furthermore provides MSc programme through its affiliated colleges. Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to get admission to MSc course:

Kota University offers MBA, BA, BCom and many other courses at the UG and PG levels. The university has not released the average package data for placements 2023. However, as per the NIRF report 2023, a total of 11 PG (2-year) students were placed during UOK placements 2022. The median package offered to PG (2-year) students was INR 2.10 LPA during placements 2022. There was an increase of 5% in the median package offered to PG (2-year) students during placements 2022 when compared to 2021. However, the placement details of UG (3 years) and UG (4 years) are not mentioned in the NIRF report 2023.
