Koustuv Research Institute of Medical Science is a little expensive. The total fee for B.pharma is about INR 3.1 lakhs. The institute provides very good facilities with a central library and well-equipped classrooms. Koustuv Research Institute of Medical Science offers courses such as Certificate, B.Sc, B.Pharma, D.Pharma.

After doing B.Sc in pharmacy from Koustuv Research Institute of Medical Science, there are many job opportunities likhe you can work in government setup by giving different exams and you can also work in many private setup like hospitals and other pharmacy like Apollo pharmacy and others.
You can also set up your own business after doing the same.

Koustuv research institute of medical Science is famous for its two courses first in bachelor's in Pharmacy and second course is Diploma in pharmacy with intake of 60 students in each course. According to shiksha, two entrance exams are accepted for admissions in B.Pharma at Koustuv Research Institute of Medical Science:-
- OJEE (Odisha Joint Entrance Examination).
- NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) .
So you need to appear in any one of these entrance exams. Cutoff will be released according to entrance exam scores of applicants and seats intake. You need to qualify in cutoff in order to secure your seat. The next NEET exam is expected to be conducted in may next year. And OJEE till june 2025. So if you are planning to take admission, you are adviced to prepare for entrance exams.

The answer for your question is both yes and no. This is because this Institute doesn't provide direct admission for all the courses. It totally depends on the course you are applying for. So if you are applying for B.Pharma, you'll not be able to take direct admission because you need to qualify in entrance exam (OJEE, NEET). So admissions for this courses is entrance based and there is not scope for direct admission. But, if you are applying for courses like B.Sc, BMLT, D.Pharma, you need not to appear in any entrance exam. Yes, it is not very difficult to take admission at Koustuv Research Institute of Medical sciences. This depends on the course you are pursuing also. If you are applying for B.Pharma, you need to clear the entrance exam (OJEE/NEET) because admissions for this course are entrance based. So if you have a favorable score in entrance exam and you qualify in the cutoff, you'll get admission easily. For other courses like B.Sc, D.Pharma, BMLT, the admissions are provided based on 12th score of the student.
