Yes, the university requires IELTS as one of its entry requirement criteria. However, students can also submit to another English proficiency test other than IELTS. However, IELTS is one of the highly taken English Language tests worldwide. Check out the below table for the required scores:

Below are the requirments for undergraduate students:
Applicants must complete a 10 and 12 grade with an average score of 50%
However, applicants must score 70% and above in mathematics where required.
Completion of all state board year XI with a 65% average (including 70%)
Applicant who completed HSC (Year XII) with at least 50%in the 12th.
