To get admission to LMF  College is moderately competitive. Candidates must qualify for the NEET UG exam and achieve a minimum of 50% in their 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. After qualifying they have to participate in the Maharashtra Ayush NEET counseling process. While meeting the eligibility criteria is essential, the admission can depend on NEET scores and the cutoff for the year.

LMF College in is a good college for homeopathic education. The college has well-equipped facilities, dedicated faculty, and provides clinical training at multi-specialty hospitals run by the Lokmanya Medical Foundation. They have a good reputation around their city among the different institutions.
