LLB first because the Eligibility Criteria for LLM is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in LL.B, subject to valid score in entrance exam followed by an interview. CLAT, AILET, LSAT, NEST are the exams through you can take admission. Generally, universities offering LL.M. course conduct an Entrance Test for admission to the program. The application forms for this course are available in the month of April-May every year.

The Admission process for this year for LLB-3 years course has not been disclosed so far. However the admission process for batch 2018-2021 was as under for your guidance. Eligibility :-Graduate from any recognised University or Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% Marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste /Scheduled Tribes) at graduation. Bhartiya Vidyapeeth, Pune has its own entrance examination. The only criteria is you should score minimum of 50% marks in your class 12th (45% for SC/ST).
