Hello Heramb, yes, transfers are possible. Between two colleges coming under the same university. Between two colleges coming under different universities also. There is a procedure laid down for this. However private colleges put illegal roadblocks since they feel that they are losing a paying customer. However, the administrative department is bound to help you with information and also in assisting you in your request. Best wishes to you.

SLS Pune is also a part of Erasmus Mundus consortium, a network of legal schools worldwide. So it is tough to get it. For getting admission in Symbosis 3 year LL.B. You can appear for AIAT. Eligibility: The candidate should be a graduate from any recognised University with minimum 45% marks (40% for S. C. /S. T. students) in one attempt (No Compartment). Students who have appeared

A 3 year law course is not offered by Symbiosis Law School Pune. It is only providing 5 year integrated B.A. LL.B. and BBA LL.B. So you cannot apply here. You can try for DU 3 year LL.B. by giving its entrance exam.

LLB first because the Eligibility Criteria for LLM is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in LL.B, subject to valid score in entrance exam followed by an interview. CLAT, AILET, LSAT, NEST are the exams through you can take admission. Generally, universities offering LL.M. course conduct an Entrance Test for admission to the program. The application forms for this course are available in the month of April-May every year.
