No, Gujarat University BBA LLB eligibility criteria does not require candidates to have Mathematics in Class 12th. Any candidate who managed to pass Class 12th will be eligible for admissions if they secured a minimum aggregate of 45%. Chosen stream or set of subjects in Class 12th are irrelevant for BBA LLB admission.

Yes, students must pay a one-time non-refundable Registration fee of INR 15,000 at the time of entry. They also will need to pay an examination fee of INR 1,000 per semester aside from the academic tuition fees. In CSMU BA LLB (Hons) fee structure, optional hostel room and mess food bill will also be charged separately.

Yes, candidates who want to apply for Gujarat University BBA LLB course can do so without appearing in CLAT-UG. No mandatory entrance exams are mandatory to qualify for BBA LLB admissions. All candidates are admitted based on Class 12 board exam result during GCAS counselling.

According to official Bar Council of India mandates which CSMU follows for its BA LLB (Hons), candidates must have cleared Class 12 board examinations from a recognised board with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate. If they belong to the OBC category, the requirement is 42%, while SC/ST applicants require a minimum of 40% marks.

Yes, taking the MH CET Law is not compulsory for CSMU BA LLB (Hons). If students did not appear for it or CLAT, they can still get admission by registering for and passing the university's own entrance exam, the CSMU Common Entrance Test (CSMU-CET), or via remaining open-merit institutional seats if available.

To get admission in BA LLB (Hons) at CSMU, students must submit an online form on the university's official admission portal and upload academic documents. The university shortlists candidates based on state or national law exam marks. If they haven't taken any external exam then they must appear for the university's internal test before visiting the campus to verify documents and pay their course fees.
