Yes, you may be eligible to join LAW, especially for the 3-year LLB course, because you have already completed B.A and M.A. However, eligibility depends on the university and whether they accept distance education qualifications and discontinuation in intermediate. Since your degrees are from Andhra University, many colleges may accept them if they are UGC-recognized. It is better to check the specific law college admission rules once before applying.

To get admission in BA LLB at XIM University, the applicant has to follow the application process given below:
- Visit the official portal to apply for the course you want to purse.
- There is an option of 'Programmes' where all the courses are listed.
- Click on that and then select 'BA LLB' from the list.
- Click on 'Apply', the application form will open. Enter your basic credentials in the new user section to get login details.
- Login again with the given id and password.
- Fill the form with the required details.
- Upload your photo & signature.

To apply for scholarship for BBA LLB (Hons) in XIM University, eligible students have to apply on XIM University Scholarship Portal (XUSP) at xim.edu.in. Applicants have to submit the online application form with the following documents:
- Identity Proof
- Aadhar Card
- Recent Photograph
- Signature
- Academic Records (Class 12)
- Medical Fitness Certificate

Yes, you can apply for admission in BBA LLB at XIM University, Bhubaneswar till 31st May, 2026 if your class 12 result is not out. But you have to submit your Class 12 results before July 15, 2026.

Yes, XIM University, Bhubaneswar offers scholarships to BBA LLB students from EWS category. Scholarship for the SC/ST/ EWS/Minority students is offered to 1 ST student, 1 SC student, and 1 EBW/ Minority student. It is given as 30% concession on tuition fee and continued in the coming years only if the student gets minimum 7.5 CGPA without any back paper in each of the following years.

No, you cannot get direct admission in BBA LLB (Hons) in XIM University. Eligible candidates have to take Xavier Law Entrance Test (XLET) as well as appear for Personal Interview as part of the admission process.
