National Law University Delhi is a government university. It is popularly known as NLU and was established in 2008. The university is one of the leading NLUs of the country and is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI).

Students at University of Mumbai Thane Sub will find that the BBA LLB course curriculum covers a range of topics that integrated Business Studies and Law including:
- Principles of Management
- Principles of Basic Accountancy
- Statistical Analysis
- Law of Torts (Consumer protection Act & Motor
Vehicle Act) - Law of Contract & Specific Relief Act
- Jurisprudence, etc.

The BBA LLB fee structure at University of Mumbai Thane Sub Campus consists of tuition fees, admission fees, security deposit, hostel charges, etc. and will be different depending on one's specialisation. The tuition fee range is what changes the most depending on whether it is one's first or further years as the annual fees can range from INR 32.5K and INR 34K.

The University of Mumbai Thane Sub Campus is known for its Law courses such as BBA LLB. These courses have been approved by the Bar Council of India which serves as the highest approving body for Law education in India.
Further, the Thane Sub-Campus as a specialised branch of the larger University of Mumbai features infrastructural support for its courses through Moot courts and helps students prepare for their future Bar Exams which is required to practice Law in India.

No, one cannot join University of Mumbai Thane Sub Campus BBA LLB without entrance exam as the selection process depends on national and state-level entrance exam scores such as MH CET Law. Though the university also used to conduct its own admission tests such as MUMCET for BMS-MBA, these exams have since been discontinued with only mode of admission being national entrance exams.

Yes, University of Mumbai Thane Sub Campus is a good choice for students who wish to do BBA LLB with the programme being a great starting point for a Law career.
Also, the university's Law degrees are valid across India with approval from the Bar Council of India, the top organisation that gives approval to Law colleges and universities.

As of 2026, 26 National Law Universities (NLUs) participate in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). These universities offer undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programs, with over 5,600 seats available in total. NLU Delhi is the only exception, conducting its own entrance exam (AILET) rather than participating in CLAT

Yes, it is tough for an average student. However, with good strategy and study plan cracking CLAT exam is not tough.
