The BCI changed the AIBE Eligibility Criteria 2026. From this year onwards, candidates in 3-year or 5-year law programmes without a back log were eligible to apply.

State Bar Council Registration/Enrollment | A candidate must be registered with their State Bar Councils as an Advocate. As State Bar Council enrollment is mandatory for AIBE eligibility. Candidates not enrolled as an advocate with the SBC, will not be able to apply for AIBE XXI 2026-27 |

No, BCI has not released the AIBE admit card yet. Candidates must note that the AIBE 22 Hall Ticket 2026 will be released online only.

Aspirants can download the AIBE question papers of past years online. The sample papers are available on Shiksha website. You can also access it through the BCI website.

No, there is no such way to fill the AIBE Application Form offline. Candidates have to visit allindiabarexamination.com to complete filling the application form.
