No, you cannot get direct admission in University Law College, P.G. Department of Studies and Research in Law. The admission in University Law College, P.G. Department of Studies and Research in Law is entrance based. The student needs to have a valid score in CET to get admission in the college. However, selection for BA LLB programme is merit-based.

To get admission in University Law College, P.G. Department of Studies and Research in Law students should meet the eligibility and selection requirement. For BA LLB, the student should pass Class 12 with an aggregate of 45% in relevant subjects. For LLM, a graduation degree in the relevant field. The college offers admission based on merit for BA LLB course. However, CET scores are considered for LLM admissions.

The MH CET Law 2026 registration was March 31, 2026 for the 5-year LLB course. The application window for the 3-yr LLB and 5-yr LLB courses was opened separately by the State CET Cell Maharashtra.

The last date to submit the MH CET Law registration fee is the same as the last date to complete the online application form, as announced by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra.You can pay the registration fee online only through:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Net banking
- UPI
After successful payment, a confirmation receipt is generated. Candidates should download and save this receipt as proof of payment.
