In case of withdrawal of admission, candidates need to follow a process. Below is the detailed VIT School of Law withdrawal process for the reference of students:

• Candidates can request withdrawal via online Fresher's portal
• Students must get the necessary form/ no dues to facilitate the withdrawal process
• The refund is processed through account transfer to the bank account mentioned in the withdrawal request raised in the Fresher's portal. Students must provide correct bank account details for hassle-free refund process

Aspirants who have completed a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 55% aggregate from a recognised university are eligible to apply for LLM programme at VIT School of Law Chennai. 

Students who have appeared for their final year/semester exams and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply, provided they provide passing certificate on the day of reporting to the institute. 

Besides, the applicant should be either a Resident Indian National or a Non-Resident Indian National to apply for the course.

No, aspirants need to pass any of the accepted entrance exams for admission to VIT School of Law BBA LLB (Hons) course. The selection to the programme is based on CLAT-PG or AILET scores. Aspirants can also appear for AIAT conducted by VIT for admission to BBA LLB (Hons) programme. Selected candidates need to pass the group discussion and personal interview round for final admission.

The total fee for VIT School of Law Chennai BA LLB (Hons) prgramme is INR 10 lakh. The fee includes a per annum tuition fee of INR 2 Lacs and a caution deposit of INR 2,000. Aspirants need to pay the course fee at the time of admission and then as per the frequency set by the school. 

Yes, candidates belonging to SC/ST community or hail from Jammu and Kashmir/ Ladakh and the North Eastern States of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura,  10% relaxation is provided. Such candidates need to secure a minimum of 60% aggregate as per the condition in Class 12 for BA LLB (Hons) course. 

Aspirants who have passed Class 12 conducted by any recognised Central / State Board, such as the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi; Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations or any other Board accepted by VIT as equivalent to Class 12 examination with at least 70% aggregate are eligible to apply for VIT School of Law BA LLB (Hons) course. 

Candidates who have appeared for their Class 12 examination and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply, provided they submit their passing certificate on the day of reporting to VIT School of Law.

Candidates filling out the application form for VIT School of Law need to upload the specified documents. Aspirants must upload the documents as per the specifications given by the school. Below are the list of required documents:

• Copy of Class 12 hall ticket (for applicants awaiting results)
