New Law College Bharati Vidyapeeth may have seats for SC/ST candidates as per the rules of state or central government. The school provide relaxation in eligibility to SC/ST candidates. New Law College BVP LLB minimum aggregate requirement for candidates belonging to these categories is 40%. Moreover, aspirants must hold the valid category certificate. It is required for verification purposes.

In the first semester of a LLB course, the New Law College Bharati Vidyapeeth offers the subjects that can make the foundational base for the students that can help them to learn about Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Legal methods related subjects in depth. Some of the subjects that are included in the curriculum are Constitutional Law, Law of Contracts, Law of Crimes, Legal Language, Business Law Group, Constitutional Law Group and others. 

The BBA LLB (Hons) course from Indore Institute of Law is an integrated five-year coursework incorporated into ten semesters. This furnishes the students with an important and strong foundation in law subjects. Thus, it enables them to pursue various legal careers upon graduation. The five-year duration will enable delving into the theory of law in depth as well as give practical training through its internship facilities and extracurricular activities that may lead to or enhance overall development.

HNLU Raipur has a total intake of 180 students for its BA LLB (Hons) programme. This includes the seats for All-India category (85), seats reserved for the candidates with Chattisgarh Domicile (85), NRIs (8) and Foreign National category (2). Additionally, there are 7 supernumerary seats (over and above the sanctioned intake). 5 of these seats are reserved for wards of Kashmiri Migrants and 2 seats are reserved for students from Jammu & Kashmir.
