Normally, the KLEE for B.Com LL.B admissions is done in August for 5-years integrated LL.B and in September for 3-years LL.B course. Of course, you may apply for BA LLB course at law colleges in Hisar according to eligibility criteria. The general requirement of most of the colleges is as follows:
Educational Qualification: Have to complete the 12th standard with minimum 45 percent marks (40 percent for reserved categories). This is valid for you since you completed it as a private candidate.
