Yes, P.E.S. Modern Law College does offer BBA LLB course for the duration of five-years. This course is a fusion of BBA and LLB. Further, it is distrubuted into ten semesters. The minimum eligibility necessary for admissions into BBA LLB course is students should have completed their Class 12 with a decent scores.

For admissions into BBA LLB course at P.E.S. Modern Law College, the institute accepts MHCET Law. Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for Law is conducted for admissions to Law courses offered at participating Law colleges in Maharashtra. The exam is conducted in an online mode for a two hour duration.

AILET or All India Law Entrance Test is an entrance exam conducted at the national level. The conducting body is NLU Delhi. Students aim for this course for getting admissions to LLM courses in NLU Delhi. This exam is seperate than CLAT.

No, students can not get direct admissions into BA LLB course at P.E.S. Modern Law School. For enrollment, they need to complete all the stages according to the college's prescribed guidelines. It starts with registration into the course, and concluding on the fee payment of the course.
