NLU Odisha is the best university of Law. It is a government-run university. BBA LLB is a five-year integrated programme and its tuition fee at NLU Odisha is INR 1.20 Lacs annually. The total tuition fee is INR 6 lakh. It is a little expensive compared to other government institutes. However, if we compare NLU Odisha with other National Law universities, the tuition fees are more or less similar.

NLU Odisha offers admission to BBA LLB (Hons) programme, based on the entrance exam and counselling process. Below-mentioned are the NLUO BBA LLB eligibility along with its selection criteria:

Admission to the LLM programme at GNLU is provided through merit and reservation policies, respectively. The intake of the total number of seats is filled through the CLAT PG exam, which admits candidates in order of merit. In the allocation process, it will include reservations to make sure there is representation from different sections of society. Candidates who get above the cutoff marks in the selection process are invited for counselling when the exam results are out, at which point candidates will fill up their choice of institutions according to their rank.

Yes, NLU Odisha offers a five-year integrated programme in BBA LLB course i.e., divided into ten semesters and offered in full-time mode. BBA LLB programme combines both training in law subjects and knowledge in the Commerce subjects. GNLU offers more than 400 seats for LLM course for the 2024 academic year. Candidates seeking admission to the LLM course must register for counselling in which seats are allotted to the eligible candidates. Once selected, they need to provide all the relevant documents for verification. The mentioned seat allotment is sourced from the official/ sanctioning body. It is inductive and hence, still subject to change.

The NIRF does not release its ranking based on any single course performance, such as BA LLB, the ranking is done as per the overall performance of all law courses, offered by the university. However, according to the NIRF ranking 2024, NLU Odisha (NLUO) ranks #26 in the 'Law' category. It holds a status equivalent to the most prestigious universities such as RGNUL, and BHU for the NIRF 'Law' category rankings.
