All issued related to the conduct of examination and selection procedure shall fall under the jurisdiction of Courts, at Mumbai only. The Commissioner State CET CELL shall be the concerned authority or the legal person related to the matter in whose name Maharashtra Government may sue or may be sued. Candidates are required to check the official website of the exam or Shiksha page to know more about the above mentioned issue.
