LIT Nagpur is a good college with good faculty and provides sports and extra cirricular activities. The cost per semester is around Rs 60,000 and per year Rs 1.2 Lakh, which is a bit expensive in my opinion.

The B.Tech intake for students in LIT University may vary each year due to the different factors involved like volume of applicants, institute capacity and the assortment of courses provided. The general B.Tech capacity of students at LIT Nagpur is around 12-75 students for a respective branch which may vary according to the applications received. The candidates must fulfill the criteria set by the University for admission to the UG courses first which is the student must have a minimum of 50% in aggregate in their 12th standard and must have cleared the entrance exam of the respective course that they are applying for admission. LIT Nagpur offers great placement opportunities to the students pursuing M.Tech in their University. Many different companies visit the campus for placement opportunities which includes big companies like BPCL, Godrej and UPL. According to the data provided by the college on their official website the median package offered to the students pursuing M.Tech was INR 5 LPA for the last 3 years. The students must fulfill the basic eligibility criteria set by the University for admission to the different B.Tech programmes in their University. The student must have a minimum of 50% in aggregate in 12th standard and the student must have given the JEE Entrance exam to clear the cutoff. For admission to B.Tech in the University the candidate must have a minimum of 90 percent in their JEE entrance exam score.

Laxminarayan Institute of Technology (LIT) Nagpur accepts admission through MHT CET Examination, which is conducted by Government of Maharashtra. While the college accepts JEE Main Examination admissions as well but it is not a required criteria for B.Tech courses at LIT Nagpur. You can get admission through MHT CET itself.

Laxminarayan Institute of Technology (LIT) Nagpur comes under RTMU which is a Government Funded Institute. The fees for UG courses is comparatively less due to the concession factor than other private colleges in Nagpur. The fees for B.Tech courses is approximately 1.8 Lakhs and for Mtech courses is 0.7 Lakhs for the entire course duration. Adding to it, LIT also has a placement rate of 100 percent which is higher than most private colleges in Nagpur. Hostel charges are also decent here.&

To get admission in Laxminarayan institute of Technology (LIT) Nagpur, you will have to score at least 50 percent in your class 12th Board Examinations from a recognised Educational Board.
Apart from National Level Entrance Exams, you can get admission through MHT CET exam held by Maharashtra Government for any BTech course . Also, CAP exam is held by Maharashtra Government for Mtech admissions.
LIT accepts admission through both the exams for the interested students. They are conducted through online mode only. Anyone marking checked on all the above criteria is eligible for the admission.

Laxminarayan Institute of Technology (LIT) Nagpur is a reputed college in Nagpur, Maharashtra .
The selection process is pretty simple in here. You can get admission through MHT CET exam from state quota or a good JEE MAIN score .
Coming to your answer, you will have to clear either of these exams with a good score to get admission here. Minimum cutoff marks will not be enough to get admission here. You will have to work hard and score a decent rank /marks to get a seat in LIT Nagpur.
