The LEET (Lateral Entry Entrance Test) cutoff for admission to B.E./B.Tech courses at Haryana Engineering College varies depending on the branch and category. For example, in previous years, the closing ranks for various engineering disciplines ranged widely, with popular branches like Computer Science having lower closing ranks compared to others like Mechanical Engineering.
To get an accurate idea of the expected cutoff for a particular year and course, it's best to refer to the official LEET results or Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) counseling details.

Yes, you can get admission to Haryana Engineering College (HEC) for a B.E./B.Tech course without LEET, as LEET (Lateral Entry Entrance Test) is specifically for lateral entry admissions.
For regular entry into the first year of the B.E./B.Tech program, the admission is primarily based on:
1. JEE Main scores (preferred for merit-based admission).
2. 12th-grade marks (in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) as per the eligibility criteria, if seats remain unfilled through JEE Main counseling.
Lateral Entry (LEET):
LEET is required only for Diploma holders or B.Sc. graduates seeking direct admission into the second year of B.Tech programs.

Yes one can get admission in the B.E./B.Tech in IIMT without LEET but there is a direct admission criteria that is you must have 50% aggregate marks in a three-year Bachelor's degree course from a recognised Indian University (for Sc/St students the criteria is 45%) and also passed in maths in 10+2 or graduation level
Also one can get admission in the IIMT through the scores of other exams like JEE Main and HSTES .

Every year, the cutoffs vary at CBS Group of Institutions for different numbers of applicants, available seats, and the general performance of candidates in Lateral Entry Entrance Test or LEET. Since the actual cutoff is not declared officially, those students having a better academic record in their respective diplomas or other equivalent qualifications can also be considered for admission. Attaining high scores well above the minimum qualification marks in LEET proves very wise. The exact marks are available by contacting the admission office or by going through the official website.

The LEET Cut-Off determines entry-level admission into the B.E. Level or B.Tech programs at Shri Krishan Institute of Engineering and Technology (SKIET). It takes into consideration the number of applications made, the demand for the selected course, and reservation categories while deciding the cut-off. Thus, for the latest cut-off details and the best advice on the issue, one may check online about the most recent trends or directly approach the admission office of SKIET. You can get additional information from the institution's official site and/or inquire about cutoffs for specific courses.
