LLB Eligibility

Eligibility criteria for LLB at Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi:

• A candidate should have completed graduation or post graudation from Indian or foreign university recognised as equivalent by Delhi University.
• Candidates who have still not completed their degree but they are yet to give qualifying exams are also eligible to apply.
• Candidates who have already done LLB course from any university are not allowed for admission to LLB courses at Campus Law University, Delhi.
• Candidates who got themselves enrolled for LLB courses in any other university or they are student of LLB at university before are not allowed to take admission to LLB courses at the institute.
• General and EWS candidates should have atleast 50% aggregate in the qualifying degree examination, OBC/PWD students should have atleast 45% aggregate and SC/ST students should have atleast 40% aggregate in the qualifying degree examination.

The candidate have to complete class 12 with 45% aggregate in any stream from School/College for General category. Apart from this, 42% for OBC (Non-creamy layer), (40% for SC/ST) or equivalent grade and as per BCI rules. Similarly, the aspirants awaiting results of the qualifying examination can appear for the test on the condition that they have to provide proof of having passed the qualifying examination with the prescribed marks before or at the time of counseling.The three year diploma/polytechnic course issued by an institution recognised by the Government shall be considered at par with +2 certificate for the purpose of admission to the 5 year integrated LL.B. Degree Course.

B.A.LL.B. is a five years integrated law degree programme offered at Asian Law College . As per official data the total seat intake for B.A. LL.B. at Asian Law College Noida is 240 seats . The eligibility criteria in B.A. LL.B. (Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws) Degree Program is The student should have passed senior secondary school examination or an examination equivalent thereto, securing not less than 45% (40% in the case of SC/ST U.P. Domicile) in aggregate.The students should be appearing or have appeared for the annual examinations in March/April of the current academic year. Selection is based on the   (ALCAT) entrance exam, Alternatively, CLAT / LSAT—India examination scores are also accepted for admission. Students who fail to clear the qualifying examination (ALCAT) will not be considered eligible for admission in this course.
