To be eligible for admission to the LLB course at Advocate Balasaheb Apte College of Law, People's Education Society's, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear for the MHCET Law exam and score valid marks to be eligible for the course.

To be eligible for admission to the LLB course at the School of Legal Studies, Apeejay Stya University, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in graduation in a relevant stream from any recognised university. Admission to the course is not based on scores obtained in any entrance exams. So, to prepare for it, just give your best and score well in your UG exams.

Based on the available information, the fees for the BA LLB (Hons.) programme at the School of Legal Studies, Apeejay Stya University are as follows:
* Annual Fee: INR 2,60,000 per year.
* Total Tuition Fees (for 5 years): INR 14.26 Lakh.
* Total Fee (including one-time payment): INR 14.31 Lakh.
But other than these fees, there are some additional fees which include the hostel fees, mess fees, exam fees, registration fees etc.

The eligibility criteria for admission to the LLB course offered by the School of Legal Studies at Apeejay Stya University (ASU) are:
* You must have a Graduation degree from a university recognised by the UGC (University Grants Commission).
* You need to have a minimum of 45% marks in your graduation.
* There is a relaxation of 5% in the minimum marks. Therefore, SC/ST candidate minimum marks in 40 %
* Candidates are required to appear for and qualify in the Law Entrance Exam conducted by Apeejay Stya University (ASUAT).

The admission to the LLB course is based on the candidate's merit in graduation, the minimum percentage of 40 % marks and also you have to appear in the ASU law entrance exam.
