No, Brainware University does not provide LLM courses online or through distance learning formats. The university only offers LLM courses in full-time mode, in which students must visit the university campus to take their classes in the classroom. Offline classes are considered more productive than online classes because they enhance students in many ways like concentration, discipline, punctuality, respect, obedience etc.

LLM course is designed for students who already hold a law degree or have legal experience. To get an LLM degree at Brainware University, students should fulfillthe basic eligibility criteria first, which requires applicants to complete their LLB degree. Pursuing an LLM without a law degree and relatable experience is not effectual.

For pursuing LLM at Brainware University, students applicants are required to hold bachelor's degree in law. Additionally, candidates must have secured at least an aggregate of 45 percent in their degree. For selection process the university accepts the scores of Brainware Eligibility Test.

Currently, Brainware University Kolkata, has not released the accurate commencement date of the LLM new session. However, according to the information available on the official website of the university, the PG classes commenced for the previous batch i.e., 2024 on August 21, 2024. Hence, it is anticipated that in 2025 the classes might commence on similar dates from the previous batch.

Brainware University LLM application forms are open for the academic year 2025. Candidates can fill out the application forms either online or offline. Brainware University's LLM deadline has not been released yet. However, the university has released the BU Kolkata LLM admission dates 2025. Candidates can register themselves through the university's official website. Hence, for the academic batch 2025-2027, prospective candidates can fill out the application form now.
