Candidates seeking admission to the LLM course should have a valid LLB or integrated LLB degree with at least 50% aggregate. The eligible candidates need to apply for CUET-PG. Admission to the LLM course is done based on merit in the national-level examination. The candidates who meet the cutoff mark become eligible for participation in counselling. In the BHU CUET PG counselling, seats are allotted for the LLM course. Selected candidates can then submit important documents and pay admission fee amount for seat confirmation.

No, as per the data curated from the official sources and web, BHU law faculty offers admission based on CUET-PG scores only. Candidates need to have a valid score in the national-level exam for admission. The Faculty of Law BHU may not offer admission through any other procedure. Before applying for the exam, candidates must check the prescribed eligibility criteria.

Besides, candidates must also pass CLAT for admission in LLM programme. One must also hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

Overall ratings for the LLM programme by KIIT School of Law on Shiksha: KSOL received a 4.1 out of 5 rating, which reflects that students feel that teaching is satisfactory and infrastructure well-maintained with considerable placement avenues. The LLM course tuition fee is also pretty steep at KIIT School of Law as compared to others. The fee at KSOL is INR 3.5 Lacs for one-year course. At NLUO, it is the same course charged at INR 70,000 and at PRSU at INR 3,500. So, this reflects the commitment that each of them asks for finance. For instance, those aspects, including such factors as faculty and infrastructure, as well as placement opportunities, should all be considered while selecting an LLM degree course.

Total 88 students out of 90 enrolled in the LLM programme during placement cycle at KSOL in 2022. There is no direct admission to the LLM programme available at KIIT School of Law. Admission is purely on a KIITEE—an entrance test held exclusively by KIIT for the purpose of getting admitted to the LLM programme. Applicants seeking admission to the LLM programme should have a recognised law degree, such as BA LLB, BBA LLB, BSc LLB, or LLB. Candidates after qualifying in the KIITEE will be subjected to a counselling process followed by seat allocation as per their exam score. Therefore, admissions are entrance-based.
