It depends on what kind of education you are seeking in London, if you are planning to do MBA in London and you are Indian citizen you are required to write ILETS exam, after completing these exams you will be shortlisted for few colleges and you can join which is comfortable for you.

Study of MBBS in UK is not cheap. That's for sure. It will cost you around 21 Lacs to 50 Lacs depending on the which college or university you choose to study.
