The Merit Index calculation for the provided data is as follows:

Merit Index = % + Scaling + Weightage

Here is how the Merit Index is computed for some candidates:

  1. Brijesh Pandey

    • % = 61.40
    • Scaling = 307.00
    • Weightage = 0.00
    • Merit Index = 61.40 + 307.00 + 0.00 = 307.00
  2. Based on the merit list, the cutoff for M.A. History  (EWS Candidates) is 289.00. Students with a merit index of 289.00 or higher have been admitted, with the last selected candidate having a merit index of 289.00.
