Hi,
Ideally you should pick M.E/M.TECH in Aerospace Engineering or MBA for exploring plethora of opportunities.
However, if philosophy interests you deeply, then you can pursue M.A Philosophy. The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing M.A Philosophy is having a graduation degree in any stream.
However, many of the reputed universities demand graduation degree with Honors in Philosophy or Philosophy as one of the subjects studied in graduation from any of the recognized college/university.
Some even ask for a minimum of 45-50% marks in graduation as qualifying criteria to secure admission in this course and some also conduct an entrance

Yes you can proceed further.
Philosophy graduates will develop many functional and soft skills which helps them in moulding their career. The Philosophy candidates find very easy to shift from one job to another with huge amount of flexibility.
