Any Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) passed student is eligible for M.Arch Degree course. Candidates appearing for the final exams of B.Arch can also apply.
Those eligible need to acquire a minimum of 50% in the entrance examination.
Some institutes require an aptitude test and an interview for admission into the Master's Degree in architecture.

As you complete your B.Tech, you can do M.Tech not M.Arch and next is SRM University. So, it is good private college but firstly you should try in IIT and NITs or BITS-Pilani to get admission in M.Tech

According to me, you should plan for B.arch and do job to understand the job market in both the profile whether in Architecture or Interior design then you may consider option whether it's M.arch or MBA according to your interest and career goal.
