B.Arch is a Bachelors course in which students learn basic to high level of architecture required for the job profile but nowadays, due to shortage of jobs companies are hiring such professionals who can work more than enough.
M.Arch is a Masters course in architecture in which students can learn about a particular specialization. M.Arch is a good option if one wants to go for teaching jobs. After doing M.Arch one can become a teacher or professor in colleges for architecture subject. After clearing UGC NET they can get jobs in top colleges. One can also get jobs in various top companies for urban design, property development, asset management, project management, environmental design, construction management, teaching, disaster relief, international aid, etc. M.Arch students can get 40k at the beginning and it increases with experience.

Manipal Institute Technology School of Architecture would be a better choice among the 2 options. It has a robust and up-to-date infrastructure needed for architecture education. I would like to vote to Anna University for architecture course. I will not say much about the Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science as I don't consider this college comparable to Anna University, Chennai. Anna College is situated in Chennai with good environment and facilities. The campus placement of this college is very good. Various companies have already started to come here in college for recruitment, even at the end of third semester/fourth semester. Hostel facilities like room temperature and food are nice. Transportation is above average and canteens food is clean and good. North Indian food is also available in this canteen. Faculty is well appreciated. Overall, it is the best college for middle-class people.
