Faculty of Commerce and Business Studies, MRIIRS offers good placements annually for its BBA, BCom and MCom programmes. The placement details of the batch 2023 are yet to be released on the official website. Once it is released, it will be updated here. However, as per the data available on the official website, the highest package offered to BCom batch 2022 stood at INR 9 LPA. The final placement report 2023 is yet to be released. Once it is out, the MCom placement rate recorded during the 2023 placement drive will be updated here. However, as the NIRF report 2023, the institute recorded 79% placements in the academic year 2021-2022. Going back to 2021 placements, the institute recorded 89% placements. If you can observe MBA fresher is also treated the same these days.
At present MCom fresher is as equal as BCom grads in terms of corporate position and the pay package will also be as a fresher. It would be better if you can get work experience in the 2 years instead of MCom, and meanwhile you can take up a Masters course in Distance mode from good Universities. This would add value to the two years time.
