SN college have A graded by NAAC and baby John M college is B+ grade college
John college have less fees structure
But my suggestion is to choose A grade college for better future

No mostly you can't do M.Com without completing B.Com as the minimum qualification of M.Com is B.Com pass
If this eligibility criterion is not there then you can't enroll into M.Com.
