Yes, IGNOU provides MCom course at the PG level. The post-graduate course that is offered by the open university has a minimum duration of 2 years and a maximum duration of 4 years for completing the course.
Plus, the course is available in different specialisations like finance and taxation, business policy and corporate governance, etc.

The open university conducted a placements drive in february. Students got jon opportunities through this drive. As per data curated from some unofficial sources, the overall the highest package offered to the IGNOU students stood at INR 15 LPA. Additionally, the average package ranged between INR 3 LPA and INR 4 LPA. The data is not specific to MCom course placed students. Hence, is indicative.

There are a total of 27 seats in MCom (Hons) course offered at UBS Chandigarh. Besides, three seats are for NRI and one for foreign national. The school offers seats to candidates in MCom programme based on PUCET (PG) score.
