Yes, B.Com with 50% for the General category from a recognized university. B.Com with 45% for SC/ ST from a recognized university are eligible for M.com

The fees structure will be INR 9,000 to INR 11,000 admission are starting from August to September check the updates for the same.

I would suggest you to do specialization in HRM from college only because most of the university don't have any specialization also just get experience in this field.
