No, a MD Radiology graduate cannot directly pursue MD Radiology. MD (Doctor of Medicine) in Radiology is a postgraduate medical course that requires an MBBS degree as eligibility. Only medical graduates with an MBBS can apply for MD Radiology programs in India.
