After completing BAMS course, one can get a job in government or private sector as:
1. Central Government Jobs:
- As an insurance medical officer in ESI hospitals
- As a medical officer in Central Govermnent Health service
2. State Government Jobs:
- As a medical officer in state government ayurveda hospitals
- As a Medical officer in Municipal Corporation hospital
Private Sector Jobs:
- As a medical officer in private Ayurveda Hospitals and centers like Shri Shri Ravishankar's Art of Living hospitals, Baba Ramdev's Pantajali yogpeeth center, Maharshi Mahesh yogi's center, other corporate organizations.

As an internationally trained medical professional, you will have to undergo a credential assessment to establish that your degree is recognised after which you have to clear the test conducted by Medical Council of Canada (MCC). The MCC Evaluating Examination (MCCEE) has exam preparation resources and a self-administered examination which you can take to assess your preparation level. Assuming you have cleared the MCCEE and completed the credits required for International medical graduates. The last step is to get a license to practice in Canada.
