If you are looking for MD Paediatrics in India you have to qualify NEET PG. We suggest you a course in UK. It's a two year program with 1 year clinical.

You can pursue your master in UK. In order to practice in UK you have to clear an exit exam to get enrolled in the concerned Society. You can practice in India without any screening as UK degrees are valid and accepted in India. MCI Link https://goo.gl/5SK1ml

You have to qualify their exams to get enrolled in PG programmes. We suggest you to consider UK as it doesn't require you to write any eligibility exam to get enrolled in MD.
