The overall cost of NID Ahmedabad is INR 11.4 lakh. The MDes fees might include mutiple other fee components that must be paid during admission. Admission to MDes is based on NID Design Aptitude Test (DAT). Therefore, candidates must register for the exam and pay the NIT DAT application fee. The application fee is tabulated below:

Well, for Indian citizen it 1.7 Lacs per semester and INR 3,50,000 - 4,00,000/- Per year (including 2 semester) and for NRI it is around 9,00,000/- per year as per 2022-23. You can see more details on there official page.The fee for the Master of Design (M.Des) program at NIFT Bangalore is Rs 5.86 Lakh for the entire course. This fee includes a one-time payment that consists of a security deposit (refundable) and a registration fee of Rs 21,300. The course duration is 2 years (Full Time).

The total tuition fee for IIT Bombay MDes is INR 1 Lacs as per an unofficial source. Students belonging to SC/ ST/ PwD category or a child of institution staff are exempted from paying the tuition fee. There is a concessional and a non-concessional fee for candidates belonging to General/ EWS/ OBC-NCL category. The concessional is offered on tuition fee. Candidates apart from the tuition fee are required to pay examination fee, medical fee, etc. Students not staying in hostel are exempted from the payment of hostel fee.
