B.Des (Bachelor of designing) courses at NIF Global Saltlake cost between INR 4.5 and 5 lakhs, depending on the course specialization. Semester fees, lab charges, and other expenses may also incur additional costs.
The total fees for the following courses at NIF Global Saltlake are:
For B.Des: INR 5.23 lakhs

M.Des at UPES School of Design is a two-year course. For the first two semesters you have to pay INR 227000/- as tuition fees and 75000/- as academic service fees total of INR 302000/- per semester and for the last two semesters the tuition fees and the academic service fees would be INR 243000/- and 81000/- respectively total 324000/- per semester. The two year course would cost you INR 1252000/- excluding training and certification fees, personality development courses fees, identity card fees etc. The institute offers financial aid as per needs.

The overall cost of NID Ahmedabad is INR 13.18 lakh. The MDes fees might include mutiple other fee components that must be paid during admission. Admission to MDes is based on NID Design Aptitude Test (DAT). Therefore, candidates must register for the exam and pay the NIT DAT application fee. The application fee is tabulated below:

Well, for Indian citizen it 1.7 Lacs per semester and INR 3,50,000 - 4,00,000/- Per year (including 2 semester) and for NRI it is around 9,00,000/- per year as per 2022-23. You can see more details on there official page.The fee for the Master of Design (M.Des) program at NIFT Bangalore is Rs 5.86 Lakh for the entire course. This fee includes a one-time payment that consists of a security deposit (refundable) and a registration fee of Rs 21,300. The course duration is 2 years (Full Time).

The total tuition fee of MDes is INR 1 Lacs - INR 1.6 lakh. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Aspirants will also need to pay a registration fee to apply for admission.

The tuition fee for the residential Master of Design (MDes) programme offered at IIT Guwahati is INR 20,000. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories are exempted from payment of tuition fees. The total tuition fee for IIT Bombay MDes is INR 1 Lacs as per an unofficial source. Students belonging to SC/ ST/ PwD category or a child of institution staff are exempted from paying the tuition fee. There is a concessional and a non-concessional fee for candidates belonging to General/ EWS/ OBC-NCL category. The concessional is offered on tuition fee. Candidates apart from the tuition fee are required to pay examination fee, medical fee, etc. Students not staying in hostel are exempted from the payment of hostel fee.
