Yes, you can do, if your correspondence MA in clinical psychology degree is a recognized degree.
The eligibility criteria are MA / M Sc in Psychology or equivalent (minimum 55 %).

Yes, you can apply for the UGC NET exam, because for Assistant Professor there is no age limit. But, make sure you can fulfill other eligibility criteria also.
