You are fulfilling the criteria for admission for M.Phil social work. You just apply for the admission application, when the notification comes, and complete the process as directed which includes a qualifying entrance exam.

Calculating exam results, proposal in interview, and marks obtained in their degree, students will be selected for the admission in this course. Many colleges offer M.Phil. Eligibility: Masters degree in the stream of Science. Admission Process: RAT, JRF, GATE

Yes, you can do, if your correspondence MA in clinical psychology degree is a recognized degree.
The eligibility criteria are MA / M Sc in Psychology or equivalent (minimum 55 %).
