TOEFL 91 marks is fine however the number of backlogs is a lot for any or at least many universities in Canada. Are you wanting to do a PhD after your Masters? Visit their websites and check the individual university admission requirements. You must take GRE and TOEFL or IELTS and to get into the top competitive universities you must score high.
