First you decide the country based on duration and cost. Canada masters will cost you around 20 lakhs tuition fees and require another 12 lakhs for living expenses. If you can afford go ahead. Alternatively you can of diploma as one year program.
You have to do IELTS to prove your English proficiency and need overall 6.5 band and minimum 6 band in all components. Yes it is possible. There are masters for computer science students which all are more of specialised courses . Apart from that for non computer back round students you have conversion programs for which you are eligible.

benefits are gud jobs and lesser competition as compared to Usa. fees are similar, around 40lacs fr two yrs. you may gt scholarship of you score above 330 out of 340 in GRE.

This is not true. Availability of job is dependant on the area of study. The student's exposure to industry during the study.
