Hi,
The application process is more or less the same. However, the entry requirements are different with every university. You can check the university website for requirements such as GRE, TOEFL or IELTS. GRE is mainly required in US. You will also need recommendation letters and a SOP.
Some of the best universities in the countries you mentioned are:
1. Esslingen University.
2. RWTH Aachen.
3. Berlin Institute of Technology.
4. MIT.
5. California Institute of Technology.
6. Georgia Tech.
7. University of California – Berkeley.
8. National University of Singapore.
