I am afraid of saying so, but you are not eligible to do M.Tech in any stream after passing your UG from BSc. In india, to do M.Tech, you must have a valid B.Tech degree. However, you can go for M.Sc in IT.

MS Ramiah is one of the best college of Bangalore that takes admission through COMEDK. So, you have to score good in COMEDK.
