Although some institutions might accept more LORs, it is always advisable to follow the guidelines provided in the application. Over submitting LORs might overwhelm the Ad Com and lessen the weightage of each one. Rather, concentrate on getting persuasive, focused, letters, from people who can offer special perspectives on your skills, and prospects for success in your industry. When it comes to LORs, it's quality over quantity!
