M.Sc Agriculture

Government clearly mentioned it needs ICAR. Though non ICAR students may get private jobs but it's better to do agriculture in ICAR approved college.
And for msc non ICAR students we're not allowed to write state exams(AP, TS).The same case with some other universities too.
I have seen some seniors who were rejected in getting admission into a state agriculture Universitys for masters even after getting good rank.
When enquired the management stated that you have completed your graduation from a non -ICAR college.your were not eligible for this.
Tough you can write JRF-ICAR All Indiaexam but the no of seats will be less and competition will be more.
Take a wise decision and don't regret after 4 years.

Hello Sukhchain B.Sc. Graduate in agriculture/ horticulture/ forestry / agri biotech or B.Sc. Hons in Science from a recognised university in order to be eligible for this course.
